Bulimia*Ravenous Hunger

Eating disorders affect seven girls in every 1,000, and one boy in every 1,000. It usually begins to be a problem in teenage years, but can happen at any time.

Bulimia, also called Bulimia Nervosa, is a psychological eating disorder. Bulimia is characterized by episodes of binge-eating followed by inappropriate methods of weight control (purging). Inappropriate methods of weight control include vomiting, fasting, enemas, excessive use of laxatives and diuretics, or compulsive exercising. Excessive shape and weight concerns are also characteristics of bulimia. A binge is an episode where an individual eats a much larger amount of food than most people would in a similar situation. Binge eating is not a response to intense hunger. It is usually a response to depression, stress, or self esteem issues. During the binge episode, the individual experiences a loss of control. However, the sense of a loss of control is also followed by a short-lived calmness. The calmness is often followed by self-loathing. The cycle of overeating and purging usually becomes an obsession and is repeated often .

If you are suffering from such symptoms, try to stick to regular mealtimes. If your weight is very low, have extra snacks. Keep a diary of what you eat and your thoughts and feelings, you can use this to see if there are links between how you feel, think and eat. If you failed to control it, visit a psychiatrist.

Water And Weight Loss

Drinking water before each meal has been shown to help promote weight loss as it has been proved that people who drank two cups of water right before eating a meal ate between 75 and 90 fewer calories during the meal. Why?

First of all, because the calorie-content of water is zero, drinking water instead of milk, fruit juices or regular sodas helps to lower the calorie content of your diet and thus helps weight reduction. On he other hand, water makes your metabolism burn calories 3% faster.

Water can also fill you up as some dieters find it helpful to drink a glass of water when they feel hungry between meals, or just before a meal to help them to eat less.
If a weight loss diet doesn't allow much food, it may be necessary to drink even more water to help stop strong cravings for food.

Now, How much do you need to drink to encourage weight loss?
For the average person experts suggest to multiply your weight (in lbs) by .66, you'll get your daily required consumption in ounces. Convert it to liters, and you're done. For example, if you weight 200 lbs, you need to consume 132 ounces of water daily – which is about 3.9 liters.

If you are on a diet to lose weight it is more important to consume more and keep drinking water throughout the day, unless you have any medical condition that doesn't allow much water intake.

If exercising is part of a weight loss program a bit more water should be included to account for water loss from sweating. Drinking water before, during and after exercise will keep energy levels high and help recovery after training.

Finally, I advice you to drink water every now and then. Also, make your coffee break, a water break instead. That does really work with me. Try it and you won't lose anything except your weight ;)

Have Health And Fun By Chewing Gum

Even gum chewing can improve your health as it has been proved that it has many health benefits like,

-Promoting good oral hygiene as it allows saliva to flow and flush away bacteria that can cause dental caries and bad breath.

-Promoting weight loss as the physical act of gum chewing may help to reduce your cravings for high calorie snacks. According to a group of scientists chewing gum can burn about 11 calories per hour. Also, chewing gum that is sweetened with Xylitol doesn’t raise blood sugar and hence helps to prevent weight gaining.

-Reducing symptoms of stress as recent research has shown that the rhythmic motion of chewing gum has a stress-reducing effect. In fact, the military supplied chewing gum to soldiers during World War I to help them reduce their levels of stress during combat duties. It is also known to increases alertness and concentration. That's why some teachers encourage students to chew gum during tests.

-Improving digestion as it helps to improve intestinal motility and prevents acid reflux from the stomach back into the throat.

-Smoking Cessation as putting a piece of gum in your mouth instead of lighting up will keep your mouth "busy". It can help you overcome the "oral fixation" many smokers are thought to have.

Now, think of all benefits and fun you can gain simply by chewing gum. Really, it deserves to become your sweet friend ;)

A new year has come

Actually, this is not a medical topic but I write it because it will make me feel better and hence have a better health ;)
As today is the first day in my new year,I just wanna rinse my heart, remove all my bad feelings and renew all my good feelings I had in the past 21 years. So,let me say a couple of words to reach that please.
To those who I can't afford their existence in my life,I tell them "I'm sorry but I have to throw you into my recycle pin."
To those who hate me,"I don't care about what you feel because that's me and you should accept me as I am or leave me alone but anyway I hope that you will change your mind soon".
To those who are deceiving me,"All what you do will turn back to you sooner or later so just stop it".
To those who hurt me once or much more,"I forgive you and don't worry because one day,I'll wake up and will find that I have forgotten all what you have done and that day is maybe today".
To those who love me," Thanks a lot for giving me your hearts and I promise I'll never break them under any circumstances :)".
To those whom I love,"I love you and I will, till my last heartbeat because I can never hate somebody I liked even if they hurt me.Please just take care of my heart (L) ".
To those whom I miss,"Out of my sight is NOT out of my mind. That's why I think about you every now and then and I hope that you are okay.Remember me as much as I remember you ;)".
To those who passed away,"You took a piece of my heart when you left me alone on this earth. I hope that we will meet each other again in paradise.I really miss you and I'll never forget all what you did to make me happy.May Allah forgive all your sins".
Finally,I wish myself a happy new year,a happy new heart and a happy successful life.
Wishing you all the same as well ;) :)

Read Your Nails

A nail tells a lot of secrets about your health. Read it to know what your body is trying to tell you.I'm gonna mention some information about some kinds of nails and what they indicate.

Pale Nails
Maybe due to aging .But they can also be a sign of serious illness, such as: Anemia, Congestive heart failure, Diabetes, Liver disease or Malnutrition.

Bluish Nails
Indicate that the body isn’t getting enough oxygen. This could indicate an infection in the lungs, such as pneumonia.

White Nails
If the nails are mostly white with darker rims, this can indicate liver problems, such as hepatitis.

Yellow Nails
One of the most common causes of yellow nails is a fungal infection. As the infection worsens, the nail bed may retract, and nails may thicken and crumble. In rare cases, yellow nails can indicate a more serious condition such as severe thyroid disease or psoriasis or may result from a respiratory condition, such as chronic bronchitis, or from swelling of your hands (lymphedema).

Puffy Nail Fold
It may be the result of lupus or another connective tissue disorder.

Dark Lines Beneath the Nail
Dark lines beneath the nail should be investigated as soon as possible. They are sometimes caused by melanoma, the most dangerous type of skin cancer.

Nail separates from nail bed
With a condition known as onycholysis, your fingernails become loose and can separate from the nail bed. If your nails show signs of detaching, this may be associated with: Injury or infection, Thyroid disease, Drug reaction, Reactions to nail hardeners or acrylic nail or Psoriasis which is a skin condition that starts in the nails 10% of the time.

Gnawed Nails
Biting your nails may be nothing more than an old habit, but in some cases it’s a sign of persistent anxiety that could benefit from treatment. Nail biting or picking has also been linked to obsessive-compulsive disorder. If you can’t stop, it’s worth discussing with your doctor. Small depressions in the nails are common in people with psoriasis which is a skin condition that produces scaly patches.
Pitting is also associated with conditions that can damage your nail's cuticle, such as chronic dermatitis of your fingers or Alopecia Areata, an autoimmune disease that causes hair loss.

Clubbed Nails
Clubbing occurs when the tips of your fingers enlarge and your nails curve around your fingertips. This condition results from low oxygen levels in your blood and could be a sign of lung disease. Clubbing is also associated with inflammatory bowel disease, cardiovascular disease and liver disease.

Spoon nails
Spoon nails (koilonychia) are soft nails that look scooped out. The depression usually is large enough to hold a drop of liquid. Spoon nails may be a sign of iron deficiency anemia.

Finally,I wish you all healthy bodies with healthy nails :)

Top Ten Secrets To Defeat Overweight

If you are overweight then what are you waiting for ?!
Use those ten secrets to defeat it :-

1- Don't cut out all the food you enjoy. If you restricted yourself to just fruits and vegetables, you will give up very quickly. You can eat all your favorite food but in another form like olive oil instead of butter and low fat cheese, etc. Try to decrease your fat intake for no more than 20 grams per day.

2- Turn off the TV. Scientists at the University of Massachusetts found that people who watch TV during a meal consume, on average, 288 more calories than those who don't eat with the tube on.

3-  Scramble your breakfast. People who ate eggs in the morning instead of a bagel consumed 264 fewer calories the rest of the day, according to a Saint Louis University study. That’s because protein is more filling than carbohydrates. And choose rye (not wheat) bread for breakfast toast. Swedish researchers found that rye eaters were more full 8 hours after breakfast than wheat-bread eaters.

4-  Break up your meals into 5 or 6 smaller ones. This will help speed up your metabolism and keep you from getting too hungry in between meals.

5-  Don’t eat that late night snack.Try not to eat for at least 2 hours before going to bed.

6- Do exercise more regular, longer or harder. If you don't have much time for exercise, you can simply change your life style a bit like climbing stairs instead of elevator, walking instead of driving or even playing games with some kids.

7-  Hang out with just skinny people and you'll pick up on their habits for staying slim. You don't have to dump all of your overweight friends, you just shouldn't let their bad habits influence you. But as they always say, If you hang out with 9 rich people, you'll probably end up being the 10th rich person and the same goes true for losing weight.

8-   Keep reminding yourself why you want to lose weight to motivate yourself more and more.

9-   Set deadlines then reward yourself by buying a new dress or whatever you like.

10-  Reduce how much alcohol you drink .Avoid stress, frustration, and boredom. If you are depressed, seek medical treatment. That will all prevent gaining more weight.

Finally,I hope they will work.I wish you all a healthy slim body :)

3Things I don't like about being a medical student

I write this topic at Atakan Kandemir's request through his topic http://www.blogadam.com/2010/08/en-nefret-ettigim-uc-sey-mim.html and I wanna thank him for asking me to do so and for stealing his picture as well :D
The 3 things I don't like about being a medical student are:-

1-Almost everyday, people keep asking me about my Specialization as if they can't believe me that specialization comes after graduation.

2-I live a Stressful Life either because of the every now and then exams or when I realize how much stress waiting for me is when my career begins especially if I decided to be an ER physician.

3-Medical Student Syndrome. Believe me, it's not an interesting thing to check up if you have those symptoms of every disease you study or not. And it's not an interesting thing at all whenever you feel pain in the right side of abdomen, you visit your doctor in a hurry asking him "Is it appendicitis?" or when the pain is in the upper left side of your abdomen, you say" OMG, Does my spleen bleeds? "and I did that a couple of times before till I was afraid that I might become paranoid :D

Last but not least, even if there were 300 not only 3, I still ADORE being a medical student and I'm totally proud that I'm a future doctor :)

An Apple A Day Keeps The Doctor Away...Why?

About the nutritional content, a medium sized apple contains the vitamins B1 , B2 , B3 , B5, B6, B9 and C, as well as the minerals calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium and the combination of vitamins, minerals and other components act together, providing more benefits than the individual components alone in separate foods and here are some benefits of apples ;

-Antioxidants as results from researches indicate that apple peels phytochemicals have potent antioxidant activities, and may be partially responsible for the cancer prevention

-Cancer Prevention as studies have shown that quercetin found in apples reduces the cancer risk of prostate cancer, ovarian cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer and lung cancer as researchers believe this is due to the high levels of the flavonoids quercetin and naringin in apples.

-Strengthen Bones as apples may protect post-menopausal women from osteoporosis and may also increase bone density. Boron, another ingredient in apples, also strengthens bones.

-Weight Loss as regular consumption of apples can promote healthy weight loss.

-Anti-inflammatory as researches proved that the flavonoid quercetin, which is present in apples, has anti-inflammatory activity.

-Diabetes Management as the pectin in apples supplies galacturonic acid to the body which lowers the body's need for insulin and may help in the management of diabetes.

-Help Asthma as a one recent study shows that children with asthma who drank apple juice on a daily basis suffered from less wheezing than children who drank apple juice only once per month. Another study showed that children born to women who eat a lot of apples during pregnancy have lower rates of asthma than children whose mothers ate few apples.

-Alzheimer's Prevention as apples may protect brain cells from the kind of free radical damage that may lead to Alzheimer's disease.

Fight Depression

If you suffer from depression , here are some tips which will help you definitely to fight it easily;

    * 1st of all , let your more reliable friends, family or a support system at work know that you need extra support, concern, encouragement or sensitivity. But be smart about whom you talk to, and don’t try to get blood from a stone. Also, Volunteering is a wonderful way to get social support and help others while also helping yourself.

    * Make changes in your life to help manage and reduce stress. Too much stress exacerbates depression and puts you at risk for future depression as well.

    * Try to catch yourself at negative self-talk, criticism, scolding and name-calling, and instead deliberately change your internal voice to say something positive, encouraging and kind.By the way,it’s really an important skill to learn for healing depression.

   * Sleep has a strong effect on mood. When you don't get enough sleep, your depression symptoms will be worse. Sleep deprivation exacerbates irritability, moodiness, sadness, and fatigue. Make sure you're getting enough sleep each night.Between 7 to 9 hours each night is fair. Try to make yourself get up in the morning and avoid sleeping in, even though, if you’re depressed, you won’t feel like it. Getting up and moving around helps fight depression; sleeping late feeds it.

    * Regular exercise is a powerful depression fighter. Not only does it increases serotonin, endorphins, and other feel-good brain chemicals, it triggers the growth of new brain cells and connections, just like antidepressants do. Best of all, you don’t have to train for a marathon in order to reap the benefits. Even a half-hour daily walk can make a big difference. For maximum results, aim for 30 to 60 minutes of activity on most days. Don’t forget, depression is blocked or dead-ended energy, and you can get it moving again by literally moving more.

    * You need to reduce your intake of carbohydrates, and especially sugar. Again, it feels counter-intuitive, because if you’re depressed you’re going to want that quick charge of energy that sugar and simple carbohydrates provide; but that very same jolt of sugar floods the bloodstream, spikes, and then causes a crash, leaving you more depressed than ever. The same is true for caffeine and alcohol.

    * If your depression is seasonal or fed by lack of light, those special lamps that imitate the sun’s rays are available at many clinics, mental health centers and private practices. A half hour a day under those rays can make a big difference. If you can afford it, buy your own set.

    * Counseling or therapy can be a huge help here, even if the depression is biochemically based, because it has such an erosive effect on work performance, relationships and confidence. A good clinician can be just the right kind of sounding board to help get you back your perspective and return you to balance.

Finally,I hope that those tips will help you to cope with the state you feel and bring back your smile. And Remember, when u think you're not happy with your life, always think that someone is happy simply just because you exist ;)

Show me your tongue and I'll tell you Who you are

Other than that everybody has his own tongue print, your tongue can be used as a tool to diagnose your health. And you can determine it yourself by opening your mouth and looking at your tongue in front of a mirror.
A healthy tongue is found to be red, not too wet, not too dry, smooth, and not too thick or not too thin.
If the color is pale, then there maybe anemia, poor circulation, lack of vitamins, minerals, and/or protein.
If the whole tongue is red, then you may have fever, generally feeling more hot than cold, sweating easily, thirst, tendency to constipation, irritability, skin problems, excess alcohol or coffee consumption, hives or headaches.
If only the tip of the tongue is red, then you are suffering from emotional stress, insomnia or having a tendency for depression.
If it is yellow, then there’s too much bile in the gallbladder or a liver disorder.
If it is blue, then there is some defect in the heart.
If it is too thick, it indicates an inflammatory condition.
If it is too thin, it indicates an emotional condition.
If you see the impressions of the teeth along the sides of the tongue, this indicates poor intestinal absorption.
A coating covering the tongue indicates toxins in the stomach, small intestine, or large intestine. If only the back of the tongue is coated, toxins are present in the large intestine or could indicate poor digestion. If the middle of the tongue is coated, then toxins maybe present in the stomach and small intestine.
If there is a thick white coating ,that may indicate viral illness such as cold, fatigue.
If there is a brown coating, then you may have constipation or as a result of excess coffee intake.
If there is a yellow coating and it is usually seen with a red tongue, that may indicate a tendency to be over heated, irritable, angry or stressed.
If there is a black coating ,then there maybe high fever from dehydration, infectious disease, digestive problems, fungus infection or a long term use of antibiotics.
If the tongue has cracks or lines all over, it indicates chronic colon problems.
If you noticed peeling, that may indicate over indulgence in spicy food, discomfort in upper abdomen such as nausea or maybe because of vitamin B deficiency.
Finally,I hope that you know now how to determine your level of health from just protruding your tongue in front of a mirror and whenever you feel you are worried about how your tongue looks, consult your physician.

Type Of Your Personality is associated with Your Diseases

All diseases are thought to be psychosomatogenic which means that every disease has a resultant affect in the mind/body connection.

Now can we make a connection among stress, personality, and diseases? In other words, which emotional components were likely recognizable before the presenting symptoms of the disease? Although there are as yet no absolute answers, there is considerable research implicating certain personality types, emotional states, and diseases.

For example, researches have established a relationship between personality type and susceptibility to heart disease. People with personality type A seem to be more prone to heart disease, are typically more driven, impatient, energetic and ambitious. In contrast, people with personality type B, seem to take life more slowly, are usually more relaxed and less likely to develop heart disease.
Psychologists have also now identified type C as a (cancer-prone) personality which may be characterized as someone who responds to stress with depression and a sense of hopelessness. Type C personalities have a tendency to be introverted, respectful, eager to please, conforming and compliant.

It is also discovered that some emotional states can be interfered with some diseases as :
-Excessive Passivity or Excessive Fear can lead to Cancer
-Over-achievement can lead to Ulcers
-Craving For Love can lead to Obesity
-Emotional Conflicts can lead to Endocrine disorders
-Anger can lead to  Cardiovascular disorders or Asthma
-Depression can lead to Constipation
-Inhibited Hostility can lead to High blood pressure
-Ambitious or Rigid Personality can lead to Migrane

In Short,Take Care & try to improve or fix your personality as much as you can in order to be able to decrease risks of such diseases .

Recycle Bin

Isn't it funny that people who you decided to throw in your real Recycle Bin,cannot be even recycled ?! People who hurt you every day in every way.People who always keep reminding you how fool you were when you started caring about them.People who refuse to hear your words or feel your emotions but just only entertain listening to your eyes when they talk about your pain which you cannot express in words,so you had to let your eyes speak instead of you.People who think that you are made of iron which can afford every violence to your inside or outside(even iron melts!)and deeply believe that you are not made of flesh &blood just like them. Actually, they are made of lies&cruelty not from flesh&blood because they are not humans, they are just animals who live only for themselves.Huh,even animals are made of flesh&blood! That's why they cannot be recycled But they must be thrown in your real Recycle Bin anyway. And don't be sorry for yourself but be sorry for them instead , because they don't have a beautiful heart like yours and they can't enjoy the taste of forgiveness like you do. Just forgive and forget or at least one of them in order to enjoy a peaceful sleep in the end of every day when you empty your heart from any bad feeling towards anyone.
In short , those people don't deserve your sadness, they only deserve to be thrown there out of your mind, out of your life but after complete forgiveness and Remember that Life doesn't stop for anybody!
Now , do you agree with what i just thought out loud ?

You should perform a Breast Self Examination

Breast cancer is one of the leading causes of death in women ,however regular self breasts and general breast awareness has saved thousands of lives. That why the WHO (World Health Organization) recommend all females who are above 20 years old to perform a breast self examination once a month regularly. All what you should do is to fulfill those easy steps,

* Lie down and place your right arm behind your head. The exam is done while lying down, not standing up. This is because when lying down the breast tissue spreads evenly over the chest wall and is as thin as possible, making it much easier to feel all the breast tissue
* Use the finger pads of the 3 middle fingers on your left hand to feel for lumps in the right breast. Use overlapping dime-sized circular motions of the finger pads to feel the breast tissue
* Use 3 different levels of pressure to feel all the breast tissue. Light pressure is needed to feel the tissue closest to the skin; medium pressure to feel a little deeper; and firm pressure to feel the tissue closest to the chest and ribs. It is normal to feel a firm ridge in the lower curve of each breast, but you should tell your doctor if you feel anything else out of the ordinary. If you're not sure how hard to press, talk with your doctor or nurse. Use each pressure level to feel the breast tissue before moving on to the next spot
* Move around the breast in an up and down pattern starting at an imaginary line drawn straight down your side from the underarm and moving across the breast to the middle of the chest bone (sternum or breastbone). Be sure to check the entire breast area going down until you feel only ribs and up to the neck or collar bone (clavicle)
* There is some evidence to suggest that the up-and-down pattern (sometimes called the vertical pattern) is the most effective pattern for covering the entire breast, without missing any breast tissue
* Repeat the exam on your left breast, putting your left arm behind your head and using the finger pads of your right hand to do the exam
* While standing in front of a mirror with your hands pressing firmly down on your hips, look at your breasts for any changes of size, shape, contour, or dimpling, or redness or scaliness of the nipple or breast skin. (The pressing down on the hips position contracts the chest wall muscles and enhances any breast changes.)
* Examine each underarm while sitting up or standing and with your arm only slightly raised so you can easily feel in this area. Raising your arm straight up tightens the tissue in this area and makes it harder to examine
*If u find any abnormality, mass or lump then you should consult your doctor

Finally,Remember that early diagnosis of any disease leads to better prognosis!

Can I control my dreams?

Dreams are images and thought your subconscious is trying to remember, But the answer is YES .
Here are some steps that may help you,

-Buy a small notebook, set it close to your bed and keep a pen nearby to write down what you dreamed about
-Before you go to bed each night, write what you want to dream about in the notebook. Draw pictures, write and draw with lots of detail, remember even the smallest things are important. Don't watch something before you go to bed or you may dream about that!
-Read what you've written as many times as you need to get it in your head
-Lie down, relax, and think hard about what you want to dream about. Think of details, they are important! Don't try too hard, or you'll get a major headache
-Lay in silence and darkness well before you are ready to fall asleep, in this time play out a day dream in your mind and slowly drift off into that
-Close your eyes and look at the images from your dream as they appear in your subconscious. If nothing appears, read your dream again. Imagine the sounds in the background, what you are seeing, feeling, etc
-Think of dialogue and sounds in your dream until you are hearing them in your mind
-Go to sleep with these images and sounds in your head
-When you have a dream get into it and realize you are having a dream, then you can control anything that happens

Finally, I wish you sweet dreams every night :)

10Tips to reach Maximum Ejaculation

1-Drink more fluids because the amount of semen that is released in an ejaculation is related to the volume of fluids that are previously taken. The body needs two liters of water a day to function properly. Drinking more fluids will increase your semen expulsion

2-Drink lots of milk. The lactose and fructose in milk will also improve the quality of the ejaculate and increase volume of the ejaculate

3-Avoid wearing tight underwear because the ideal temperature for semen and sperm is slightly lower than normal body temperature. This explains why the scrotum is on the outside of the body. Tight underwear will increase the scrotal temperature, thereby decreasing sperm and semen levels.

4-Avoid sitting with legs crossed. This also affects the sperm and semen volumes to a great extent. By squashing the scrotal area against the warm body, will increase temperature above the required normal range.

5-Get rid of bad habits like smoking, alcohol consumption, etc. Even two Alcohol drinks a day will have long-term effects on sperm production

6-Exercise regularly

7-Eat Nutritious Food. Diet that's low in fat, and high in protein, vegetables, and whole grains is good for your health and for your sperm. Avoid bitter, astringent and spicy foods. Reduce caffeine intake

8-Lose any excess weight that may cause testosterone/estrogen imbalances

9-Reduce stress levels by learning relaxation techniques. Keep your mind and body healthy by regular practice of Yoga for example

10-Make love in the Early Morning or afternoon. Sperm levels are often highest in the Mornings

Do & Don't while having Nose Bleeding\Epistaxis

You should do:-
1-Sit down & Lean forward with head slightly flexed
2-Keep your head higher than the level of your heart
3-Compress the nose between your thumb and index finger
4-Put ice to your forehead to induce reflex vasoconstriction
5-Keep in the previous position for 5-10 minutes, usually the bleeding stops
6-Repeat as necessary until the nose has stopped bleeding
7-If the bleeding was severe or a shock happened (rapid pulse, low blood pressure, severe pallor, cold extremities) ,then consult a doctor immediately

You should NOT :-
1-Lean back or tilt your head back because that allows the blood to run back into your sinuses and throat and can cause gagging or inhaling the blood
2- Put your head between your legs because that will increase bleeding
3- Blow your nose or put anything into it. If you have to sneeze, open your mouth so that the air will escape out the mouth and not through the nose

Chemistry Of Love

Have you ever wondered why your heart beats increase suddenly till you feel that your heart will jump out of its skeletal cage when your loved one crosses your visual field? That's happened because love has its chemistry that affects all of us and i wanna give you a hint about what actually happens in your body

First of all,the anatomic regions essential for perception and activation of love appear to involve the limbic areas in the brain , and in many ways , love is an unconscious, automatic process
When you are attracted to somebody, a virtual explosion of adrenaline-like neurotransmitters gush forth. Also, dopamine and nor-epinephrine are involved in that chemistry, they are the chemical cousins of amphetamines. Dopamine makes you feel good and nor-epinephrine stimulates the production of adrenaline. It makes your heart race. It was also proved that their high levels are responsible for short-term memory, hyperactivity, sleeplessness and goal-oriented behavior

Those chemicals combine to give us that chemistry. That's why new lovers feel euphoric and energized, and float on air. It is also why new lovers can make love for hours and talk all night for weeks or even years

Finally,I wish you all REAL love <3

Breastfeeding protects against Breast Cancer

As we all know ,high levels of Estrogen is the main cause behind breast cancer , Breastfeeding was proved to reduce woman's lifetime Estrogen exposure through two ways, Number 1 is delaying the onset of ovulation and Number 2 is decreasing the level of Estrogen itself which means reducing the risk of breast cancer.

On the other hand, there is also some evidence that breastfeeding causes physical changes in breast cells that may make them more resistant to the mutations that can lead to cancer.

Another theory is that fat-soluble carcinogens and pollutants are not stored as efficiently in lactating breasts.

Last but not least , Breastfeeding is a mother's gift to herself, her baby and the earth.
